Excohk launched an Incubation Program that prioritized innovation and flexible execution by removing typical format and KPI constraints. The program successfully attracted ~50 creative proposals. We strategically supported the two winning teams by providing dedicated consultation and physical venue resources. This strategic enablement allowed the teams to rapidly translate their concepts into tangible outcomes, resulting in the successful execution of two distinct exhibitions and several public events, amplified by dedicated PR services provided by Excohk.
